As I said in my last post I bake lots of fish & chicken. This particular evening we had baked salmon. The recipe is very similar to my tilapia recipe, here goes:
1. Coat the bottom & sides of a cast iron skillet with olive oil.
2. Next I place the salmon in the skillet and season.
(I seasoned with McCormick's Basil (any brand will do), Morton's Season All, Old Bay Seasoning, McCormick's Garlic Pepper, McCormick's Parsley (any brand will do) and McCormick's Cajun Seasoning)
3. I baked at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes and...
