One of my greatest loves is cooking! I've always enjoyed cooking or at least watching both my grannies cook. When I got my own place in 2007 I began to cook ALL the time. Now I try to cook more healthy. The "hubs" & I are on a weight loss/lifestyle change journey and eating better is a big part of it.
I bake more than I fry and I cook lots of fish & chicken. Here's how I bake my tilapia:
1. Coat the bottom and sides of a cast iron skillet with olive oil.
2. Place fish in skillet and season to your liking.
(I seasoned with Morton's Season All, Old Bay Seasoning, Morton's Seasoned Pepper, McCormick's Garlic Pepper, and McCormick's Cajun Seasoning)
3. I baked at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes and...
